EK BHARAT SHRESTHA BHARAT
“Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” was celebrated in Dayanand Public School, Pandusar, Nabha on Nov. 29, 2019. Honourable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi had launched this program on Ekta Diwas held on 31st Oct. 2015.There are total 16 pairs. All the states are paired with another states / union territories and Punjab is paired with Andhra Pradesh. Mrs. Gurpreet Gulati delivered a speech on “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” in the morning assembly in which she gave information about the state Andhra Pradesh.

Under “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB)” programme an activity was performed in the Morning Assembly on Dec. 12, 2019. In this activity, classes IX to XII participated. It was a Questionaire activity. They were asked questions regarding Andhra Pradesh, its geographical situation, its language, its Chief Minister and some words in Telugu which were already given in the classes by the teachers were also asked. Students participated enthusiastically. Such activities will help them to know more about paired state.
On Republic Day, a cultural programme was organised in the school premises which included regional dance (Andhra Pradesh) and regional song (Andhra Pradesh). Students participated enthusiastically in it.
